Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Steezr Link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by steezr s.r.o., IČO: 22354883 ("Steezr", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your email account used for magic link authentication
• All activity that occurs under your Steezr Link account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for more than 12 months, or were created using fraudulent information.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (links, images, text, documents). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service to host, link to, or promote:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the Czech Republic / EU
• Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive redirects
• Hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, or content promoting self-harm
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Spam, multi-level marketing schemes, or fraudulent offers
• Impersonation of another person or entity
• Content that violates intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark)
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting of the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (theme generation, AI clone). By using these features:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published
• You agree not to use AI features to generate prohibited content (see Section 5)
• Content you provide to train your AI clone may be sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for processing

7. Paid Plans & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Free plan features and limits may change at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by steezr s.r.o. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property. The "Steezr" name and logo are trademarks of steezr s.r.o.

9. Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, steezr s.r.o. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless steezr s.r.o. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
